We’ve teamed up with new social enterprise Ediké to create a limited edition run of their beautiful Avanti backpacks.  Ediké is creating jobs, paying fair wages, and promoting ethical standards for factory workers in Haiti — and the product speaks for itself. Each backpack is handmade in Haiti and the beautiful design and craftsmanship exemplify Ediké‘s inspiring commitment to the combination of quality, aesthetics, and ethics.

And as if their socially-conscious business model wasn’t enough: for every backpack sold, 50% of the proceeds will be donated to APJ to provide scholarships at the Academy for Peace and Justice. Empowerment and education? Sounds like progress. Be a part of it and buy your new favorite backpack today. #CarryItForward

Amazing news—musician, actor, and APJ supporter Kevin Jonas will be competing on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” today to help our schools in Haiti!

This famous Jonas brother is all about doing good and having fun. Kevin Jonas has supported Artists for Peace and Justice by launching a Crowdrise campaign sending lucky fans to meet him at our Oscar event, to playing a heated game of dominoes against Jon Hamm and Vanessa Hudgens to raise money for our cause! Now he’s going on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” to have fun and inspire others about the power of education.

The iconic TV game show “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire,” is presenting a special “Celebrity Week” where pop icons compete to raise money for charities and meaningful causes they believe in. Check out this exclusive clip with host Terry Crews below:
